What can i expect from my first session?

Attire: Men please bring loose shorts or a bathing suit to your session. Women, please bring a sports bra, bathing suit top, or loose tank top. (Open to adjustment depending on comfort level)

​Please do not use any lotions or oils on the day of your appointment. Your skin needs to be clean and dry for this technique. 

Evaluation and treatment: Your first session will include the evaluation and treatment. A discussion of your current condition, your health history, current and previous injuries or trauma. The evaluation will include a whole body assessment of your mobility and posture, areas of pain, tenderness, and restrictions. Treatment will include a myofascial release therapy session and home stretches as warranted.

when can i expect results?

Because every person is different, time frames for results may vary. Having a time frame in mind creates expectations, and if complete results are not achieved in the expected time frame it can lead to a negative mindset toward healing. For this reason, there is not a set number of sessions that will ensure complete healing.

How long and how much does each session cost?

All initial visits are $150/90 minutes- health history intake, evaluation, and 60 minutes of hands on treatment.
